Updates from November

Hello, everyone! December is always a bit of a slow march in software-land; annual plans are being set, vacations are being had. With that in mind, my focus both this past month and this coming month has been on stability and performance; little to show in terms of whizbang functionality, but you should notice the app just being faster in a bunch of places.

(Also, hello and/or my condolences to the hundreds of you who have joined in the past week due to the impending TinyLetter shutdown. If you need anything, just reply to this email!)

Gift subscriptions

If you're gifting premium subscriptions to folks (e.g. as part of a package deal, or a friends-and-family situation) you can now send them a message and/or provide an end date for the gift.

Sorting and filtering by subscriber activity

You can now filter and sort folks by the last time they opened or clicked an email, making it easier to remove/tag/email stale subscribers.

Lastly, it wouldn't be a corporate Q4 if I didn't navelgaze a bit about the great work we've done this year and the work in store to follow.

Next year will have a lot in store: better writing interface, better analytics, API bindings, localization, better archive, nicer settings, and a thousand other small things that you might not even notice but will make your life 0.03% better.
